Data Deletion

Last updated: 11 August 2026.

1. What you can delete

You may request deletion of your personal data, workspace content, and connected account records. Deletion applies to the organization you specify and the user account that makes the request.

2. How to request deletion

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to support@adpilot.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the organization name or ID and the user account email you want removed.

For security, we may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request.

3. What gets deleted

  • Account profile and authentication identifiers.
  • Workspace data: organizations, brands, campaigns, content, media, schedules.
  • Connected social account identifiers and stored access tokens.
  • AI generation history, audit logs, and usage counters.
  • Billing and payment metadata required for tax and anti-fraud records.

4. Timeline

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal, in accordance with our backup retention policy.

5. Exceptions

We may retain minimal records where required by law, including transaction history for tax compliance, fraud prevention data, and records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our terms.

6. After deletion

Once deletion is complete, the workspace and its data cannot be recovered. If you reconnect a social account after deletion, platform-side data may still exist with the respective social network and is subject to their retention policies.
