Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 August 2026.
1. Agreement
By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite. Workspace owners and admins control roles and permissions.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content.
- Do not use the service to spam, impersonate, or evade platform rules.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's data or bypass rate limits.
- You must follow the terms of any social platform you connect.
4. Content ownership
You own your brand inputs and you own the content generated for your workspace. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and publish it on your instruction. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published.
5. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate. It is provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and you remain responsible for any claims made in published material.
6. Connected accounts and publishing
We publish only what you schedule. Delivery depends on third-party platform APIs; outages, revoked permissions or platform policy changes can delay or block a post. Failed jobs are retried and reported in your workspace.
7. Availability and limits
The service is provided on an as-available basis and is subject to fair-use limits on AI generation and publishing volume. We may suspend accounts that threaten service stability or violate these terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We will notify workspace owners of material changes to these terms. Questions: support@adpilot.com.
